This Christmas, Do Something Different

I’ve always thought the holidays were a magical time of year--at least I certainly thought so as a kid. Cozy. Warm. The feeling of safety as I'm surrounded by love, egg nog, and family with of course, Kenny G to set the mood. However, as I grew up the...

Love Me or Leave Me

"Feeling compassion for ourselves in no way releases us from responsibility for our actions. Rather, it releases us from the self-hatred that prevents us from responding to our life with clarity and balance." - Tara Brach   Sometimes life feels so...

LIFE AS AN EMPATH

"Know thyself....The body is the house of God."

As Seen On:

When I began attending the CTN Gatherings, I had been in therapy for about 3 years. I love how Jessica would say things similar to what my therapist would say, but from her own life experiences in a way that helped me remember it. Jessica asked me to share something with the group that I had struggled with for many years and as a result, learned much from. I loved being able to pass that insight along to others and to see how far I had come.

Life Coach, Identity Journey

Clear the Noise has helped me to evolve in such a way that I am able to identify the root of any current problem(s). The teachings of the movement on approaching a problem have helped me to seek a solution that is based on conscious critical thinking and actually appreciate the feeling of doing so.

The CTN Gathering has been quite a powerful experience for me! I get so much out of the discussions. The candid openness of the group in sharing what they deal with is cathartic on so many levels. Being real and open is terrifying and could invite ridicule from the general public. But when done in a safe place such as the Clear the Noise Gathering, it provides a haven for the weary soul—the weary soul which strives with so much effort to be perfect. I really liked the diagram Jessica shared: Anger = Blocked Goals. It showed me that I need to be less like a rock when faced with a blocked goal & be more like water and just create a new path, a new goal.

My organization, nano transformation, has been partnering with the Clear the Noise movement for several years now. As a result of working with CTN, I have realized some creative talents that I never knew I possessed. I look forward to seeing my audience expand with CTN partnership and I am very grateful to Jessica for working so diligently–pouring her heart out to make a positive change for humanity.

I was honored to have Jessica speak at a recent event I hosted. Her breakout session was full of inspiring, empowering messages that were timely and applicable to the women in attendance. I personally felt energized and excited to more forward in my own life both professionally and personally. The feedback received from those in attendance were equally as positive. I have since confidently and enthusiastically recommended Jessica for other speaking engagements because she is a breath of fresh air!! We need more women like her who share a message of confidence, true success and positive thinking.

Let Her Sing (a CTN production) was an amazing event that came to my city of Lansing! The event provided a platform for women in my city to share their story of relentless action. It was inspiring to know that women all around me every day are making a difference just by not giving up. Let Her Sing was a unique blend of empowerment and networking at its finest!

Marriage & Family Coach, BeingU4Real, Unstoppable Families

Each week at the CTN Gathering I come home a more understanding person than when I left. I understand myself and relate my experiences with that of others and realize I am either more advanced than I thought I was or in need of some focus I did not realize earlier. I am happy to be growing!

I heard Jessica speak at a workshop in Columbia City on “3 Things Needed for Crazy Success” and it was GREAT. She said so many things that pertained to me, it was like she knew exactly what I needed. When she spoke of the fact that we have a strong need to be ourselves and that we buy into a ‘false belief’ that we lack, it really hit home–particularly when she tied it into real life situations. Not only did Jessica spell out the problem I was having, but she gave me steps to help me overcome that problem! What I have learned from the Clear the Noise movement has been so valuable. Thank you, Jessica, for stepping out and being a helping hand for so many!

I am grateful that the CTN Gathering has given me a community by which I can grow with and learn from people with a shared orientation towards personal growth but with different experiences and perspectives that challenge my thinking.

Because of Clear the Noise efforts, I reached a point where I felt confident enough to register a business name and set up my website. CTN challenged me to explore what was blocking me from actually coming out to the world with what I had to offer. Through Jessica’s work and friendship, I feel increasingly more liberated to express and create my desired life!

It has been so nice to share how I feel and have people not only understand but also not look down on me. In just the short period I’ve been coming to the CTN Gatherings, it has changed my life and helped my thought process in many ways!
