When I began attending the CTN Gatherings, I had been in therapy for about 3 years. I love how Jessica would say things similar to what my therapist would say, but from her own life experiences in a way that helped me remember it. Jessica asked me to share something with the group that I had struggled with for many years and as a result, learned much from. I loved being able to pass that insight along to others and to see how far I had come.
Jonathan RothenbushClear the Noise has helped me to evolve in such a way that I am able to identify the root of any current problem(s). The teachings of the movement on approaching a problem have helped me to seek a solution that is based on conscious critical thinking and actually appreciate the feeling of doing so.
Anika NewsomeThe CTN Gathering has been quite a powerful experience for me! I get so much out of the discussions. The candid openness of the group in sharing what they deal with is cathartic on so many levels. Being real and open is terrifying and could invite ridicule from the general public. But when done in a safe place such as the Clear the Noise Gathering, it provides a haven for the weary soul—the weary soul which strives with so much effort to be perfect. I really liked the diagram Jessica shared: Anger = Blocked Goals. It showed me that I need to be less like a rock when faced with a blocked goal & be more like water and just create a new path, a new goal.

Her breakout session was full of inspiring, empowering messages that were timely and applicable to the women in attendance. I understand myself and relate my experiences with that of others and realize I am either more advanced than I thought I was or in need of some focus I did not realize earlier. Jim BugertI heard Jessica speak at a workshop in Columbia City on “3 Things Needed for Crazy Success” and it was GREAT. She said so many things that pertained to me, it was like she knew exactly what I needed. When she spoke of the fact that we have a strong need to be ourselves and that we buy into a ‘false belief’ that we lack, it really hit home–particularly when she tied it into real life situations. Not only did Jessica spell out the problem I was having, but she gave me steps to help me overcome that problem! What I have learned from the Clear the Noise movement has been so valuable. Thank you, Jessica, for stepping out and being a helping hand for so many!
